I am hosting an online public meeting about the Cross Border Connection Project at 6pm on 16 December.
The meeting will include representatives from Scottish Power Energy Networks, who have launched a consultation on the project, which would install approximately 75km of new overhead power lines across the Borders.

The consultation period was extended to December 23 following pressure from the Scottish Conservatives for the views of local people to be fully considered.
